FINDING YOUR STORY

SPACE PLANNING
We map out your furniture placement, traffic flow, and functional layout so the room doesn’t just look beautiful — it actually works for how you live.
SOURCING
We find the pieces — furniture, art, textiles, lighting — that bring the vision to life across every budget. From trade sources to accessible finds, we cover the full spectrum.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Your full mood board and design concept, presented in a reveal call where Sandy walks you through every decision, every choice, and the full vision — so you understand and love it before anything is purchased.
SHOPPING LIST
A curated, linked list of every item in your design — organized by room, prioritized, and ready to shop. You can buy all at once or piece it together over time.
STOCKING ITEMS LIST
For STR projects: a complete list of consumables, amenities, and guest essentials to stock your property — from toiletries to kitchen basics, we make sure you’re guest-ready from day one.

A step-by-step guide to setting up your space yourself — where things go, how to style each area, and tips for bringing the design to life without a professional installer.
Pricing
PRICING STRUCTURE

Our packages are flat-rate, so there are no surprise fees or hourly charges. You pay the package price upfront, and that covers everything listed — design, revisions, the reveal call, and your full deliverables package.

PRICING TERMS

Payment is due in full before the project begins. For larger whole-home and full STR projects, we offer a 50/50 split — half at booking, half at design delivery. All major cards accepted.

CUSTOM QUOTES

Whole-home and full STR property projects are priced based on scope — number of rooms, property size, and complexity. Book a free consult and we’ll put together a custom quote just for your project

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Our packages cover design and direction — purchasing, shipping, and installation are handled by you. We provide all the tools and guidance you need, but we don’t manage procurement or on-site installs.

FINISH & FURNITURE SELECTION

Need help selecting paint finishes, tile, hardware, or light fixtures? Add this on for a curated selection of material specs and finish recommendations aligned with your design direction.

ADDITIONAL REVISION ROUNDS

Every package includes at least one revision round. If you’d like extra rounds of changes after the reveal, we offer additional revisions as an add-on — ask about availability when booking.

STR BRANDING PACKAGE

Give your rental a name, a visual identity, and a story guests will remember. This add-on includes property naming, a simple brand palette, and copy direction for your listing — the full experience, start to finish.

PHOTOGRAPHY STYLING CONSULTANT

Before your professional shoot, we’ll walk through your space virtually and give you a room-by-room styling guide — what to move, what to add, how to set each shot for maximum wow factor in your listing.

POST DESIGN SUPPORT

Questions after your design is delivered? We offer post-project support packages for clients who want ongoing access to Sandy for sourcing alternatives, accessory help, or new rooms added down the line.

Do I have to be in Colorado to work with you?
Not at all — Potion Interiors is a fully online e-design studio. We’ve worked with clients across the country and can design for any space, anywhere. All we need from you are measurements, photos, and your vision.
How long does the process take?
Single-room packages typically take 2–4 weeks from kickoff call to design delivery. Whole-home and full STR projects vary based on scope — we’ll give you an estimated timeline during your consult.
What if I don't know my style?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. Our kickoff process is designed to uncover your style even when you don’t have words for it. We ask the right questions, look at what you’re drawn to, and translate that into a design direction that feels completely right.
Can I see your portfolio before booking?
Absolutely — head over to our Portfolio page to see our work. You’ll find residential e-design projects, STR designs, and everything in between.
Do you work with renters?
Yes — renters are some of our favorite clients. We specialize in making rented spaces feel fully, deeply yours without permanent changes. Furniture, lighting, art, textiles — there’s so much we can do within renter limitations.
